GOATUploads and file exports failing — outage at our storage provider

Our storage provider has restored access to the affected storage. Uploading datasets, adding layers from a file, and exporting data all work again. No data was lost. Any upload or export that failed during the outage simply needs to be retried. The provider is still completing recovery work in the background, so an occasional slow upload is possible over the next few hours.

Our storage provider reports two hardware failures in short succession, which left part of their storage cluster without its usual redundancy. They have taken that part of the cluster offline to restore the data safely, prioritising data integrity over availability, and expect to finish tomorrow morning. Until then, uploads and exports will keep failing. Your existing data is not affected — projects, maps and saved analyses all work as normal, and nothing has been lost.
Investigating
Uploading datasets and exporting files are currently failing. Our storage provider has reported a hardware failure at their end. Viewing and analysing data that is already in GOAT is unaffected. We are following their recovery closely.
